How do I order?

You can order easily on our website or we can send you and invoice;

Steps to place an order on our website:

– Click on the items you want, select your size and colour, then click on add to cart.

– Now click View Cart or Checkout. Or click on your cart on the top right, then scroll down and checkout.

– On the checkout page add your delivery address and required information.

– At the bottom of the checkout page choose payfast for Credit Cards, Cheque Cards, Instant Eft, Mobicred and more. Or choose paypal to pay with your paypal account or credit card.

– After making payment we send you a confirmation and process your order.

What size do I take ?

For jackets, tops and all torso-wear take a size larger than usual as they are small sized. Take your usual size when ordering leggings as they are true to size and stretch.

We have a size guide on each product in the description. Please use it to ensure a perfect fit.

What is your return policy?

Size not quite right? We can exchange it for a new size. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of item.

We refund defective items or exchange them, depending on your preference. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging.

Items returned with signs of obvious use may be subject to the return being rejected and the item returned to the customer at their expense.

What are the delivery charges ?

We have free delivery and Priority insured delivery.

Free Shipping usually takes 14 – 28 working days and is insured up to the value of R750.

Priority insured delivery includes priority dispatch before other orders & the entire order value is insured. This option takes 14 – 28 working days or sooner.

Sometimes there is a charge due at the post office as our items come from abroad, but is minimal and varies on the order quantity. We offer a 10% discount on our website, including Free and low priced delivery to mediate any additional fees incurred.

All major Credit and Cheque cards, Instant EFT, Debit cards, Mobicred, Bitcoin and Paypal

How does delivery work?

Depending on your location delivery will usually take 14 – 28 working days.

Certain items have expedited delivery and will go to your door. Most items have free and priority shipping. These go to your nearest post office of the address supplied.

When tracking here http://tracking.postoffice.co.za/TrackNTrace/ ‘with your tracking number’, it will show ‘notification sent’ and next to it the post office its at. It will only show ‘notification sent’ once its at the post office. Please track it until its there.

How do I track my order?

Once you have received your tracking number via email you can track it here initially: http://www.southafricanpostoffice.post/index.html

Once your parcel is in SA you can track it here until its at your nearest post office: http://tracking.postoffice.co.za/TrackNTrace/ ‘with your tracking number’, it will show ‘notification sent’ and next to it the post office its at. I haven't received my tracking number?

Our system sends out shipped notification via email automatically, but sometimes we need to send them through manually. Please contact us so we can send it to you. We do go through all orders weekly and send tracking that haven’t been sent yet.

It is probably still in transit. Please keep tracking it until its at the post office.

You will know its at the post office when it shows ‘notification sent’ when tracking. The post office its at will be next to ‘notification sent’.

How secure is shopping on Best Dress? Is my data protected?
All Payments are processed through Payfast PayFast is committed to keeping you and your information secure. Payfast have a multitude of checks in place to protect both buyers and sellers from fraudulent transactions. Payfast use Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption by Thawte.com. Only two of the four major South African banks use this, the highest, level of encryption currently available. 3D Secure is in place for all credit card transactions. All sensitive info is encrypted within Payfasts database. Payfast run penetration testing on their system on a weekly basis to look for vulnerabilities. They are only required to do it once every three months, but they run it every week. Payfasts entire site, blog and help site are served off secure servers, making it harder to perpetrate phishing attacks. Payfast also have an excellent monitoring system that does, among other things: GEO IP tracking, velocity testing, BIN/IIN validation and checks against online databases. Rest easy knowing that your data is secured by some of the highest standards available. Best Dress will never share your personal information with any third party.
What happens after placing an order?

After placing your order it gets processed within 1-2 business days and is shipped within 3-5 business days after your order was placed.

Once the item is dispatched you are notified and receive the tracking details, sometimes we need to send them through manually. We do go through all orders weekly and send tracking that haven’t been sent yet. You may contact us to receive it sooner.

Due to high order volumes for certain items there could be a slight delay in shipping.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, after placing your order an order confirmation/invoice is generated and e-mailed to you.
